Golf in Pertisau

The 18-hole course of the Golf- und Landclub Achensee in Pertisau is the oldest golf club in Tyrol — and was crowned Golf Club of the Year in 2020. At around 1,000 m above sea level it runs unusually gently, hemmed in by the Karwendel and Rofan ranges; as a member of the Leading Golf Courses of Austria it ranks among the loveliest courses in the country. There is a dedicated short-game area and a fully covered driving range — and at the nearby Hotel Wiesenhof, two golf simulators that analyse every stroke and tell you what to work on.
