2. Server log files
When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically stores information in server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data serves solely to ensure trouble-free operation and the security of our systems (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data sources.
3. Contact and booking enquiries
If you contact us by email or via the enquiry form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, travel dates, message) in order to handle your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions (legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not pass this data on without your consent.
4. Online booking via eviivo
For online bookings we use the booking system of eviivo Limited. On the “Book online” page, eviivo’s booking journey (via.eviivo.com) is embedded; when this page is accessed, content is loaded from eviivo’s servers and your IP address is transmitted to eviivo. eviivo obtains its own consent for its own cookies and analytics services within the booking window. Data entered there (name, contact details, payment details, stay details) is processed by eviivo as a processor on our behalf in order to handle your booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); payment is processed there via the payment service provider Stripe. 5. Cookies
This website does not set any tracking or marketing cookies of its own. No social media plug-ins are loaded; external maps are not embedded — links to map services only open once you click them. The embedded booking window on the “Book online” page is described in point 4, the optional web analytics in point 6.
6. Web analytics with Google Analytics (only with your consent)
Only if you expressly consent via the cookie notice (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) do we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Without your consent, no Google script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set. The IP address is processed in truncated form. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
